You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Each bead is cut from aged sandalwood heartwood that has developed density and natural oil content over decades of growth. The single-strand structure allows the grain, tone, and weight of the wood to be experienced without interruption.
Rather than symbolic interpretation, the design emphasizes the natural behavior of aged wood as it interacts with time and daily wear.
Raw Material Story
Each bracelet is made from Indian sandalwood heartwood selected for its density, oil content, and natural grain structure.
The wood is air-dried over an extended period before shaping and polishing, allowing its natural characteristics to stabilize. Variations in tone and grain are preserved to reflect the individuality of each material source.
Craftsmanship
Each piece is hand-assembled in small batches using traditional knotting techniques adapted for durability and daily wear.
The surface is hand-polished in stages to maintain structural integrity while enhancing tactile smoothness. Final assembly ensures balance, comfort, and long-term wear stability.
