Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During temple blessing periods or seasonal peaks, processing may take slightly longer—we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries and regions that are selectable at checkout. If your location is not listed, we are currently unable to deliver there. We hope to expand our reach in the future.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@bodhipulse.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for loss or damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
